The Way Your Dog Behaves Sends A Message About You!

What might a stranger be thinking about you based on the behavior of your dog?

Nicole Pajer has written a post for CesarsWay.com called What Does Your Dog’s Behavior Say About You?

Here are the behaviors that might suggest something about YOUR character to a stranger.

Calm vs. Hyper might suggest that you are organized and thorough rather than stressed and anxious, unable to complete one task before moving on to the next.

Lazy vs. Energetic is pretty self-explanatory. Is your priority relaxing or getting things done?

Quiet vs. Noisy Translation: Introverted and meaningful vs. Extroverted social butterfly

Obsessive vs. Easygoing might suggest that you are either controlling with a negative, worried vibe, or calm and able to navigate in the moment without sweating the small stuff.

Affectionate vs. Aloof turns out to be about Trust issues. Affectionate dogs are trusting; the assumption is that their owners are friendly and open, too. Aloof translates to a standoffish, less trusting owner who is slow to warm up to strangers.

Friendly vs. Aggressive: Do you think of yourself as warm and welcoming? Hospitable? Your dog might be sending the message that you’re antisocial and short tempered instead!

Cesar would advise people to choose a dog that mimics their behavior and energy levels instead of expecting a dog to mimic theirs.
