From the Terms and Conditions:

Affiliates may not bid on any HomeClick.com trademarks or brand related keyword terms (i.e.: homeclick, homeclick.com, etc.), including misspellings and variations thereof. Affiliates may also not bid on any HomeClick trademark terms including homeclick coupons, homeclick promotion codes, or any other variation including homeclick, home click, homeclick.com, etc. If an affiliate is found to break this agreement, consequences may include commission reversal and / or termination from the HomeClick.com Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may not bid on any HomeClick trademark terms including homeclick coupons, homeclick promotion codes, or any other variation including homeclick, home click, homeclick.com, etc.

Affiliates are restricted from using any of the HomeClick.com brand names or brand related terms, including misspellings/combinations thereof, in conjunction with display URLs within any search engine.
