The Waterbell is similar to the Sandbell because it’s a filled neoprene sleeve that works to add weight, agility and gripping to your workout.
The difference is that the Waterbell has a water-filled balloon inside. The sloshing water makes handling the Waterbell dynamic and more difficult, but fun and challenging at the same time!
