See The Makeover Here: Before and After

Let’s take a peek at one of the makeovers we found at TheHairStyler.com! Our model isn’t named, so let’s call her No. 3, which is how she’s identified on the Makeover page.

Described as tired of her frizzy and undefined hair, and wanting a look that would complement a laid-back daily routine, she has the following characteristics to work with:

Complexion: olive
Eye color: dark brown
Hair texture: fine/medium
Hair density: thin/medium
Hair elasticity: curly

As you can see in the after photo to the right, the curls were controlled with a shorter cut and graduating layers through the top and sides. This adds bounce and motion to the curls, but also makes them easier to style.

The color of her hair was lightened and highlighted with a warm brunette base and subtle gold accents. The every day makeup had to be “no-fuss”, so what you see here is a natural nude lip with barely pink cheeks and some grey and taupe eye shadow. One single coat of mascara helps define her gorgeous brown eyes.
