We’re looking for the right person to add to the Snow Team (Remote Position):
This person will provide support to clients and team members.
Minimum skills:
Familiar with affiliate networks such CJ Affiliate, ShareaSale, Pepperjam and Rakuten (transactions, links, reports, publishers)
Skilled in use of office tools, primarily spreadsheets and formulas, but also some html, occasional photo resizing or cropping, WordPress, File transfer tools such as Filezilla, and organizational tools like Asana, Dropbox, Google Drive etc.
Skilled in writing content, grammar, spelling for program descriptions, newsletters, social posts.
Organized, tracking multiple requirements for a variety of clients, monitoring fulfilment, trouble-shooting and reporting status.
Self-motivated – ability to work independently and prioritize requirements on the fly

Examples of responsibilities and accountabilities:
Distributes transaction reports – monitors adjustment process
Coordinates upkeep of client offers: creating in network, distributing via posts and newsletters
Create affiliate newsletters in the network
Coordinates with team on new client onboarding tasks – posts, communication pieces, network tools, creatives, offers
Handles voids and adjustments across all networks for multiple clients, balances and reports results
Occasional creative asset audits in the networks– landing pages, expiration dates, usage reports
