Diane Vives, HyperWear Training, runs through several examples of increasing the workout challenge with one sided loading. Using Steelbells to load 15 or 20 pounds on one side of your body makes it imperative to work the core to keep alignment. Loading one side requires focus and careful alignment, but easily adds some intensity to your workout!
